On Jan. 26, Yoandry Reyes Cepeda and Nubia Yamileth Lainez Recinos purchased a two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 3361 Cabaret Lane 351-38, Margate from Tatiana Navarro Millet and David Alexander Thackeray Jr. for $273,000.

This home last sold on April 21, 2016 for $155,000.

So far in January 2022, 85 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, David A. Thackeray has been registered to vote since 2016. Tatiana Navarro Millet has been registered to vote since 2008.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
