On Jan. 26, David Alan and Angela Joy Levy purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 8232 Pine Drive 46, Tamarac from Glenn and Richard Gutman, Ellen Gruber and Sylvia Gutman (revocable living trust) for $370,000.

So far in January 2022, 163 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Sylvia Gutman (100) has been registered to vote since 1985.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
