On Jan. 26, Avraham Sharaby and Mordechay Tzabari purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 10402 N.W. 39th Place, Coral Springs from John Hillestad for $450,000.

So far in January 2022, 166 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, John Hillestad (56) has been registered to vote since 1984.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
