On Jan. 25, HSBC Bank USA and Home Equity Loan (trust) purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 382 W. Dayton Circle, Fort Lauderdale from Broward County Circuit Court and Patrick and Andrea Williams for $222,300.

This home last sold on Aug. 22, 2006 for $260,000.

So far in January 2022, 396 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Patrick Fitzroy Williams (54) has been registered to vote since 2000.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
