On Jan. 25, 1701 Ne 17TH Way LLC purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1701 N.E. 17th Way, Fort Lauderdale from Sandra L Merizalde and Natalia Nicole Martinez-Merizalde for $775,000.

This home last sold for $390,000 on Oct. 1, 2015.

So far in January 2022, 396 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Sandra Luisa Merizalde has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1701 N.E. 17th Way as of Oct. 10, 2020: Cesar Felex Zamora, 50, and Sandra Luisa Merizalde, 62.
