This home last sold on March 24, 2017 for $235,000.

So far in January 2022, 241 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Melissa Lynn Witt has been registered to vote since 2010.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 4832 N.E. 19th Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020: Daniel E. Green, 36, and Melissa Lynn Witt, 39.
