The last time this home sold was May 6, 2020. It last sold for $2,600,000.

So far in January 2022, 396 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Mary D. Freen, 66, was the only registered voter residing at 709 N. Rio Vista Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
