This home last sold for $225,000 on June 21, 2005.

So far in January 2022, 241 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Brad M. Pizzo (67) has been registered to vote since 2007.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
