On Jan. 24, Broward County Circuit Court, Francis Arthur Rogers and Michelle Young sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1851 N.E. 34th Court, Oakland Park to Empire Property Pros LLC for $505,100.

This home last sold for $550,000 on Nov. 3, 2006.

So far in January 2022, 79 properties sold in Oakland Park.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Francis Arthur Rogers has been registered to vote since 2006. Michelle Young has been registered to vote since 2007.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
