On Jan. 24, Fernando Zenarola purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 8735 Ramblewood Drive 414, Coral Springs from Robert and Lilia Lacostte for $175,000.

So far in January 2022, 153 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Angel Cesar Davila, 61, was the only registered voter residing at 8735 Ramblewood Drive 414 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
