The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 1238 Hillsboro Mile 406, Hillsboro Beach was sold on Jan. 24 by Albert and Marjorie Michel Reich for $475,000. The buyers were John A. Borges Jr. and Jodie Borges.

The last time this home sold was July 17, 2018. It last sold for $325,000.

So far in January 2022, eight properties sold in Hillsboro Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Albert Reich (62) has been registered to vote since 2002.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
