This home last sold on Oct. 15, 2021 for $189,000.

So far in January 2022, 61 properties sold in North Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 8004 S.W. Fourth Place, N. Lauderdale as of Oct. 10, 2020: Stancel G. Kinsley, 75, Debra Ann Carr, 68, and Robert Stephen Carr, 69.
