On Jan. 24, Elaine Patterson purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 9431 N. Belfort Circle 111, Tamarac from Mindy Fran and David M. Silberstein and Beverly Goldberg for $148,500.

So far in January 2022, 143 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Beverly Meyers Goldberg (87) has been registered to vote since 1998.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
