The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Boca Raton increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Boca Raton rose by $100,000 while total sales decreased by 7.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 637 homes sold, with a median sale price of $570,000 - a 21.3% increase over the $470,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 691 homes sold in Boca Raton in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Boca Raton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,635, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
