Boca Raton (unincorporated) home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Boca Raton (unincorporated) rose by $65,200 while total sales decreased by 8.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 750 homes sold, with a median sale price of $384,950 - a 20.4% increase over the $319,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 820 homes sold in Boca Raton (unincorporated) in the fourth quarter of 2020.
