On Dec. 30, Sherifa Dindial purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 3901 Carambola Circle 29125, Coconut Creek from Aubey & Carol Dankner (revocable trust) for $290,000.

The last time this home sold was March 2, 2004. It last sold for $167,000.

So far in December 2021, 149 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Aubey Dankner has been registered to vote since 2006.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3901 Carambola Circle 29125 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Aubey Dankner, 84, and Carolyn F. Dankner, 78.
