The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 3451 Dunes Vista Drive, Pompano Beach was sold on Dec. 30 by Reginald H. and Edith R. Robinson for $500,000. The buyer was Kevin Pierre.

This home last sold for $353,000 on Oct. 2, 2015.

So far in December 2021, 341 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Edith Rollins Robinson has been registered to vote since 2016. Reginald Hunter Robinson has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
