On Dec. 29, Paul and Cathy Sturm Logsdon purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 1200 Hibiscus Ave. 904, Pompano Beach from Stanley and Gail Eisen for $410,000.

This home last sold for $285,000 on May 10, 2019.

So far in December 2021, 316 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Stanley Joseph Eisen (70) has been registered to vote since 2014.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
