The home at 7310 S.W. Eighth St., N. Lauderdale was sold on Dec. 29 by Frederico and Soledad M. Cardenas for $250,000. The buyers were Adrian Rosario and Fedmy Cardenas Santaella.

So far in December 2021, 76 properties sold in North Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Fedmy C. Santaella has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 7310 S.W. Eighth St., N. Lauderdale as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jordan Manuel Peralta, 22, Voncliff P. Bartley, 27, Victor Manuel Peralta, 43, and Fedmy C. Santaella, 29.
