The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 718 Deer Creek Viaduct Verona, Deerfield Beach was sold on Dec. 29 by Daniel Cotlar for $775,000. The buyer was Marcelo Campos.

This home last sold on April 24, 2013 for $515,000.

So far in December 2021, 200 properties sold in Deerfield Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Daniel William Cotlar (71) has been registered to vote since 2014.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
