This home last sold on May 18, 2009 for $393,000.

So far in December 2021, 224 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Rohini Ann Carrasco has been registered to vote since 2009. Rajkumar Doraiswamy has been registered to vote since 2009.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
