On Dec. 29, Stephen M. and Phyllis A. Fleisher sold their home at 11704 N.W. 69th Place, Parkland to Zev and Brittany Zaretsky for $1,295,000.

This home last sold for $680,984 on Nov. 20, 2003.

So far in December 2021, 45 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Phyllis A. Fleisher has been registered to vote since 1995. Stephen Michael Fleisher has been registered to vote since 1996.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 11704 N.W. 69th Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Phyllis A. Fleisher, 53, Stephen Michael Fleisher, 54, Allison Hannah Fleisher, 22, and Samantha Taylor Fleisher, 24.
