The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 6037 Coral Lake Drive 401, Margate was sold on Dec. 29 by James J. and Jeri A. Coddington and Jim & Jeri Coddington (revocable trust) for $170,000. The buyers were Peter and Fanny Davidson.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 29, 2010. It last sold for $55,000.

So far in December 2021, 119 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Fanny Davidson has been registered to vote since 1988. Peter M. Davidson has been registered to vote since 1988.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
