The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 912 Pine Drive 202, Pompano Beach was sold on Dec. 27 by Simon Tremblay and Jean-Marc Tremplay (revocable trust) for $237,500. The buyer was Fausto R Marghieri.

The last time this home sold was June 11, 2010. It last sold for $85,000.

So far in December 2021, 290 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Gabriela Krout, 45, was the only registered voter residing at 912 Pine Drive 202 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
