On Dec. 27, Pedro and Leopoldo Almaguer purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 4305 N.W. 46th St., Tamarac from Diana Rubin and Gloria Jones for $285,000.

So far in December 2021, 135 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Gloria T. Jones has been registered to vote since 1999.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 4305 N.W. 46th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Gloria T. Jones, 93, and Bernadette T. Clunies, 94.
