The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 607 S.E. 12th St., Fort Lauderdale was sold on Dec. 28 by Laura B. Shull and Sam Bohl for $499,900. The buyers were Hunter William and Nicole Catherine Barrett.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 10, 2012. It last sold for $255,000.

So far in December 2021, 551 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Laura B. Shull has been registered to vote since 2008. Sam Christopher Bohl has been registered to vote since 2017.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
