So far in December 2021, 551 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1607 N.E. Fifth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ashley Charry, 32, and Jaime Andres Charry, 32.
