On Dec. 28, Ira Walker Jr. purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 4402 Martinique Court G3, Coconut Creek from Sandra Scantling and Joseph Wolfe & Frances Wolfe (revocable trust) for $171,000.

So far in December 2021, 125 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Frances Wolfe (97) has been registered to vote since 2002.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
