On Dec. 28, Diane Diggs Randolph, Betty Diggs and Theresa Frederick sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 6228 N.W. 77th Terrace, Parkland to Diane Diggs Randolph and Victoria Diggs for $276,190.11.

This home last sold on Feb. 19, 2020 for $450,000.

So far in December 2021, 40 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Barbara A. Kolbusz, 67, was the only registered voter residing at 6228 N.W. 77th Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020.
