The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6500 Blvd. of Champions, N. Lauderdale was sold on Dec. 28 by Ravindra Boodhoo and Mellisa Latoya Boddhoo for $437,000. The buyer was Charles Bourque.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 10, 2013. It last sold for $82,000.

So far in December 2021, 72 properties sold in North Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Ravindra Boodhoo has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 6500 Blvd. of Champions, N. Lauderdale as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mellisa Latoya Sealey, 34, and Ravindra Boodhoo, 43.
