On Dec. 28, Troy Strobel and Omono Ighodaro sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 8236 N.W. 24th St., Coral Springs to Estelle Blockoms for $185,000.

This home last sold for $150,000 on May 22, 2019.

So far in December 2021, 202 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Troy Michael Strobel (37) has been registered to vote since 2003.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
