On Dec. 27, Walter and Clara Ines Hamann purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 1516 S.W. 23rd Terrace, Deerfield Beach from Osvaldo and Robert Richard Castro, Maria Periu and Eduardo Pastor Ignarra for $300,000.

The last time this home sold was April 29, 2019. It last sold for $24,000.

So far in December 2021, 178 properties sold in Deerfield Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Osvaldo Castro has been registered to vote since 1997. Maria Periu has been registered to vote since 1997.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
