On Dec. 27, Michael D. Bixler sold their three bedroom, three bathroom home at 3910 N.E. 26th Ave., Lighthouse Point to Matthew D. Lohmeyer and Matthew A. Kelley for $1,800,000.

This home last sold on Feb. 15, 2018 for $785,000.

So far in December 2021, 35 properties sold in Lighthouse Point.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Michael David Bixler (52) has been registered to vote since 1995.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
