On Dec. 27, Benjamin J. and Kathleen P. Gallo sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 8500 N.W. Second Manor, Coral Springs to Gregory Alexander Campbell and Marcela Montoya for $575,000.

The last time this home sold was June 18, 2003. It last sold for $270,000.

So far in December 2021, 196 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Benjamin Gallo has been registered to vote since 2003. Benjamin J. Gallo has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 8500 N.W. Second Manor as of Oct. 10, 2020: Benjamin Gallo, 68, Kathleen P. Farley-Gallo, 67, Krista M. Gallo, 30, Stephanie N. Gallo, 30, and Benjamin J. Gallo, 31.
