On Dec. 27, Christopher London purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 690 N.W. 80th Terrace, Margate from Antonio Oquendo for $440,000.

The last time this home sold was April 23, 2008. It last sold for $250,000.

So far in December 2021, 106 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Antonio Oquendo has been registered to vote since 2003.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 690 N.W. 80th Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020: Antonio Oquendo, 59, Jennifer Marie Picard, 38, Pedro Javier Lopez Merced, 25, and Alexander Oquendo Gonzalez, 35.
