On Nov. 29, Herbert H. and Sheryl A. Rolnick sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 7630 Old Thyme Court 12C, Parkland to Andrew and Nancy Washor for $535,000.

This home last sold for $350,000 on Sept. 19, 2018.

So far in November 2021, 27 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Herbert H. Rolnick has been registered to vote since 1988. Sheryl A. Rolnick has been registered to vote since 1988.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
