On Nov. 29, Celio De Siqueira Ribeiro and Luciana Magarao Duarte sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 5 Mendota Lane, Sea Ranch Lakes to Susan Tsay and Steven D. Johnston for $1,705,000.

This home last sold for $1,300,000 on Jan. 27, 2017.

This property is one of four sales so far in Sea Ranch Lakes in November 2021.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, John Thomas Riggs, 44, was the only registered voter residing at 5 Mendota Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020.
