On Nov. 29, Piedmont 1987 Inc. purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 7991 N.W. 35th Court, Coral Springs from Southern Trust Financial LLC for $200,000.

This home last sold on April 4, 2011 for $36,000.

So far in November 2021, 199 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Sarah Jenny Saintil, 28, was the only registered voter residing at 7991 N.W. 35th Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
