On Nov. 29, Andrew Lucieer purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 4972 N.W. 51st St., Coconut Creek from Erica V. and Pablo M. Duray for $609,000.

So far in November 2021, 101 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Erica V. Duray has been registered to vote since 2000. Pablo Mallari Duray has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 4972 N.W. 51st St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Erica V. Duray, 65, Allysa Michelle Duray, 33, and Pablo Mallari Duray, 64.
