The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 3460 Pinewalk Drive 317, Margate was sold on Nov. 29 by Manuel Auz and Mariana Garrido for $175,000. The buyer was Alex Maia Santos.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 29, 2009. It last sold for $50,000.

So far in November 2021, 109 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Juan Carlos Quijano, 57, was the only registered voter residing at 3460 Pinewalk Drive 317 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
