This home last sold for $198,000 on May 10, 2016.

So far in November 2021, 190 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Roosevelt Roland Brown has been registered to vote since 2016. Madge Theresa Brown has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 5700 N.W. 81st Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Roosevelt Roland Brown, 79, Madge Theresa Brown, 72, and Carla C. Wehner, 72.
