On Nov. 24, Zillow Homes Property (trust) purchased a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 8895 N. Isles Circle, Tamarac from Brian Tijerno and Sandra Gomez for $309,400.

This home last sold on Nov. 8, 2019 for $258,000.

So far in November 2021, 181 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Sandra Gomez has been registered to vote since 2007.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 8895 N. Isles Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alexander Betancur, 46, Teikah Foulkes, 39, Sandra Gomez, 32, and Brian Andrew Tijerino, 34.
