The three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 2033 N.W. 45th Ave., Coconut Creek was sold on Nov. 24 by Amjad Hamed for $110,000. The buyers were Mayasar Barakat (life estate) and Refat A. Faris.

This home last sold on July 17, 2001 for $110,000.

So far in November 2021, 98 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Mayasar B. Barakat (62) has been registered to vote since 2017.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
