The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 408 N.E. 24th Ave., Pompano Beach was sold on Nov. 24 by William G. and Barbara Maryland Coffman for $615,000. The buyer was Zachary Tobias Fijman.

This home last sold for $150,000 on Feb. 8, 2016.

So far in November 2021, 303 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, William Gerald Coffman has been registered to vote since 1989. Barbara Maryland Coffman has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 408 N.E. 24th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: William Gerald Coffman, 59, Barbara Maryland Coffman, 61, and Matthew Kevin Gray, 39.
