The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 12603 N.W. 56th Drive 4-22, Coral Springs was sold on Nov. 24 by Shannon R. and Meryl Jenkins for $418,000. The buyer was Daniel Simmons.

This home last sold on Sept. 27, 2016 for $308,000.

So far in November 2021, 186 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Meryl Jenkins has been registered to vote since 2002. Shannon Rosha Jenkins has been registered to vote since 2003.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
