On Nov. 23, Lori Sills and Laura L. Bringger sold their two bedroom, four bathroom home at 4431 N.E. 23rd Ave., Lighthouse Point to Gregory P. and Michelle M. Franco for $740,000.

This home last sold on Feb. 14, 2014 for $392,500.

So far in November 2021, 39 properties sold in Lighthouse Point.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Lori A. Sills has been registered to vote since 1980. Laura Lee Bringger has been registered to vote since 1996.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 4431 N.E. 23rd Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lori A. Sills, 59, Laura Lee Bringger, 59, Alaina Karyn Reed, 46, and Ryan Thomas Sills, 23.
