On Nov. 23, Mark and Marliese Irving sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 7616 Parkview Way, Coral Springs to Mark Anthony Johnston and Johntaye Nuzzary Meatley-Johnston for $580,000.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 26, 2018. It last sold for $410,000.

So far in November 2021, 173 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Marliese Jae Irving has been registered to vote since 2006. Mark James Irving has been registered to vote since 2014.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
