On Oct. 28, Dominick Basciano sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 7515 N.W. 99th Ave., Tamarac to Thomas E. and Sandra G. McClain for $336,500.

This home last sold on Sept. 8, 2015 for $223,750.

So far in October 2021, 178 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Dominick Basciano has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 7515 N.W. 99th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Dominick Basciano, 74, and Lynne Marie Basciano, 70.
