The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 9620 N.W. 41st St., Coral Springs was sold on Oct. 29 by Fernando M. and Jane A. Revuelta for $1,000,000. The buyers were Gedaliah and Batsheva Lowenstein.

So far in October 2021, 190 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Fernando M. Revuelta has been registered to vote since 1976. Jane A. Revuelta has been registered to vote since 1976.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
