On Oct. 29, Carlos Eduardo Sardi Filho and Carla Pellizer Lourenco purchased a home at 4705 S.W. 12th Place, Deerfield Beach from Scott J Quartier for $365,000.

This home last sold for $108,350 on Aug. 25, 1999.

So far in October 2021, 167 properties sold in Deerfield Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Scott John Quartier has been registered to vote since 1996.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 4705 S.W. 12th Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Scott John Quartier, 51, and Sandra Leigh Moyer, 35.
